1. They have CULTIVATED supportive habits and educated their instinctive actions. Habits are really useful as they reduce the time for thinking about each and everything.
It is a good idea to request their value from time to time otherwise you get blind sighted. The best is to CULTIVATE the habit to request a habit as soon as you get a result that is astonishing for you one way or the other.
When you get exhausted or get pain from something you regularly do that is obvious as you want to feel better. CULTIVATE the habit to let go of any harmful habit as soon as possible after you realised it. That creates a lot space to develop.
When you get a result better or easier than expected evaluate your habit and what it resonates too. You will get valuable hints what and how to improve things behind the common.

2. REALISE what you have and what you want to gain. Face it. This is the starting point for any next step. CULTIVATE a habit to watch closely at things you have and things you want to reach in life. From all you find you build the foundation, can watch out for the next you want to ad to your core abilities.
There are certain things you shall have a look at like:
Do my body and mind work well together and support each other? This affects the way you eat, move, think, feel, act and anything you experience.
Why do you eat what you eat because you think or have heard it is healthy or because your body needs it to be healthy? Or does your body long for something because you are away from your equilibrium?
Do you feel mixed or sad because you are to tensed and reduce your capabilities?
When you have pain your thinking gets busy to reduce the pain. Often you create other difficulties by that as you want to avoid the symptom instead going to the root. When you go to the root you can stop what creates the pain. That is the best help to avoid similar things from now on.
Or do you overwork because you missed the hints of your body?
When you have realised what you have and want to achieve go and do what it takes. Realise means: make it happen.

3. ENERGISE yourself you are the only one who can do it. Other people only can support you in these endeavours.
You have to learn to learn which activities, habits and decisions create energy.
Have a look at the people around you. Are there any energy vampires? Or are you an energy vampire to others? These people have difficulties to raise their own energy. There are several reasons for that. You will find that they have established harmful habits. As soon as they realise that they can start cultivating supportive habits. Stay away from them whenever possible. Or guide them to the point they realise it.
Are there any uplifting people around you? Get closer to them, invite them into your life, become one of them. Learn from them how they ENERGISE themselves and others.
Do you enjoy the work you do? Do you feel happy when doing it? Find something which creates that feeling of deep joy in you it is the best investment in you.
Does your nutrition energise you? Do your activities like sport energise you?

4. ACTIVATE your capabilities and energies. Become active decide what you want to have and what you are willing to do to reach it.
Discover all your skills and abilities to full extend. Are you excellent when performing your skills? Or do you work hard to reach the average skilfulness?
Do you know all your abilities? Have you ever actively done something to find out which abilities you have? Have you ever become active to find out how you limit your success, health, wellbeing, happiness? Learn to let go what you use to limit YOU.

5. TRANSFORM what hinders and annoys you. Learn to Use the energy stuck due to harmful habits or energy vampires. TRANSFORM harmful habits into positive ones. Show energy vampires through your instance that uplifting you and others creates a life full of joy.
