Ease your life doing things your way!
Do you remember the ease you had as a child? It was fun to do things, when you wanted them dearly. You wanted to run and play while the adults were exhausted.
Did you ever thought why children seem to have energy far behind the means?
They use their abilities and wisdom of their body to move and learn. They learn anytime while they play, or figure out how things work.
So do you. You learn while you read or listen and you teach your body at the same time.
Do you know what you teach your body all the day? Do you know how that effects your performance?
“Hmmm, I know I learn from reading and listening. How do I teach my body than? How does it affect my performance?”
How do you sit when you read?
“Hmmm, now? Is that important?”
Yes, it is.
“Why?”
Your body gives you energy to use your mind the best way you can through breathing and nutrition. When you breathe properly your brain works better and your muscles and nerves as well. When you eat the best nutrition it supports your brain, muscles and nerves.
Learning to listen to your body’s needs instead of fitting in a frame made by the society or yourself let you come alive. Implementing what your body is telling you while you do things helps you to improve the quality of your acting, thinking and
let you feel better.
Helping your breathing and upright reflexes to take place helps your body to get enough oxygen and to get the most out of your nutrition. Just wanting to fit in a frame of ideas can interfere with your breathing and digestion. Like the soldiers that salute, they are so tensed that they limit their breathing and their digestive system.
So the quality of your nutrition influences your condition and thinking and vice versa.
“Really? I never thought about that connection before. How is it possible to improve it? And do I have to practise it or can I integrate that in my life?”
The best results you get when establishing that in your life instead of exercising. Exercising follows straight rules. Practicing letting things like breathing and being upright happen let you discover a wonderland of choices. First of all you have to improve your perception to recognise how to distinguish between one and the other better and better every day. While you are doing it you learn to improve your thinking, breathing, moving, nutrition and through it your performance and health.
You will learn to release the over tension in your body which encloses your way to think and feel. You will get closer and closer to your poise. The closer you come to that the more you sparkle from inside out.
Than get rid of the things which leads always to other results than you want. Releasing the over tension helps to deal different with things. Learn to recognise when things starts and how you can change them immediately. Than you have the choice to influence all you get or do.
“The feelings and thoughts are enclosed in the muscles and nerves? It is mindboggling that I am able to affect my thinking, movements and feelings through releasing tension.That opens lots of possibilities.”
Yes, indeed it does. Letting go of tension helps you to unwrap the gifts inside you.
It enables you find out whether your skills really fit to your tasks and the way you live. It let you discover your hidden skills and honing them. You can find your inspiration or passion through that.
It opens you a way to develop your excellence.
Your feelings, thoughts, movement- and eating patterns are all saved in yourself. They influence you and all what you
think, do and feel….. everything. Your mind, body and soul ask for repetition. That is good when all work together in the best way. This happens also in worse conditions because of feeling comfortable with familiar things. Pain serves you like fun does. Both have its purpose.
“Hmmm, how can that be?”
Pain, aggression, jealousy more than any other feelings leads to attention. Fun and outstanding abilities are often missed out. Your nutrition also supports to stay in such state of feelings. Some foods create nervousness or strengthen your aggressive behaviour.
In the end you are relieved that it worked out somehow. Somebody else did the work for you, either by being addressed by your anger or that what was meant for you. And you feel the happiness and joy about the result. You are addict to others to be happy and getting something done or resolving what you created. Are you really happy about it?
“I would like that people appreciate what and how I am doing what I do. I would love to be appreciated for who I am whether I am doing something wrong or right.”
You can reach it. You can educate yourself each moment when you know how. You can release something anytime you decide. You can learn to enjoy the new. Than you get attention for being who you are, your outstanding performance and abilities. And you serve yourself as well as others.
Look at it from the perspective of others through their glasses of believes and convictions. Who do you want to work with a happy person or an angry person, which yell at you to relieve the own anger? With whom will you achieve more? So when you know about of your strength and weaknesses and use them the best way you will be happy and achieve more.
Your set of criteria plays a huge role here. Your set of criteria led to the feeling and judgement you now have. You need to create a new set of criteria which allows to face your self in detail. Which welcomes new experiences and surprises.
“Puhh, that takes a lot of time and energy. I have a lack of both.”
Yes, it takes time and dedication. The good news is you have enough time and energy also you have lots on your hand. And you will win time and energy through it.
The new set of criteria has to tolerate the ever-changing ongoing while you look at yourself and your skills with the eyes of a newborn.
Can you remember how it felt to be limited by the adults restrictions as you were a toddler, child or teen? Nowadays you have the choice to do it better. You can limit or free yourself. Let the habits go you want to overcome and you will discover the solution before you even recognise that you had a problem.
Learning and changing is fun, makes happy and healthy!
“Hmmm, might be.”
Do you want to get this exciting feeling from your childhood over and over again what you had if you discovered something new you are able to do and to influence things?
“Sure that was cool.”
You will experience fun, joy surprises and curiosity. You will find all of it if you release anger, exhaustion, drain, jealousy….. and all the other boring things which will drain you. Life is a marvelous chain of moments.
“There will be set backs, I assume.”
Sure, you will get up and be open to find a new way, again and again till you reach the next rest on your way to yourself.
It is an intense yet exciting journey. It is like a treasure hunt first in yourself than in and about others. You never know
before you discover the treasure what it is. You start cooking with basic tools and wait excited what the results will be when it is finished. By doing so you nurture your self in a more sustainable way than before.
Discovering all this is fun. Fun could be exhausting like a good workout, ballgame….. I think you know this great feeling afterwards.
“Yes!”
Also it might feel like that sometimes you will win a lot of energy while you come closer and closer to yourself. You develop your beauty and health from inside out. It will be visible in your poise, mimic, gesture, face expression, voice, movements, thinking, the words you choose, acting and the interaction with others.
Can you wait to embark on that exiting journey to yourself? When will you step out of the line and become an exceptionally person, you?
Go for what you want in the way you want and you’ll get it when it is aligned with your purpose in life!
