Energise yourself!

Do YOU need more energy to accomplish all you want?

Have you ever thought about the many choices you have each day to energise yourself? Have you ever thought that there are things you can easily do to energise your self?

The good news is it is possible to energise you when under pressure or in stress, right after it is over and when you enjoy your life.

In any situation you have a choice to energise yourself. There are just times when it is easier to do and some when it challenges your creativity and determination to energise you.

Basics first: A healthy way of living IS THE BEST WAY to keep your energy on a high level.

A healthy way of living includes the way you deal with yourself, others and challenges. Dealing with your self is the important part. It includes the way you think, eat, move and act.

It is obvious that HEALTHY FOOD is different for each of us. Basically it includes lots of fresh fruits, vegetable, nuts, fish and meat. The extent of it that is healthy for you differs from what is healthy for me. When you eat fruits and vegetables from healthy plants you are on the save side. The same is true for eating parts of healthy animals.

Learn to understand what YOUR BODY tells you is healthy for you.

All the processed food messed up this ability so you have to be careful to follow your appetite. With a bit dedication you can find the ability of your body back to chose healthy food. During this time of transformation you get challenged in any way. Each time you clearly opt and enjoy the healthy variant you get closer to the point where you understand the needs of your body well.

Proof what you think about healthy living and how it matches with the needs of your self. When you live to many rules and have difficulties to listen to your self and its needs you cause even more trouble. When you come up realising that you lack an idea what healthy living means to you appreciate it. Start learning to listen and interact with your self. Your self is the only source you always can relate to.

Knowing YOUR SELF is crucial when it comes to energising YOU.

It is also important to improve the way YOU MOVE and act. Some ways to move exhaust you more than others. Have you ever thought why is it that this child is still full of ENERGY and you are exhausted? It also will challenge a professional athlete to do the same movements like a baby.

Babies and toddlers move different than adults. They use any muscle the way it should be used. They build up nerve connections which are helpful. Small children allow their reflexes to do the work for them.

They BREATHE DEEPLY as it is what the reflexes do. Most adults use different muscles and nerves than the ones nature set for that purpose. Soon they are in the middle of a mess. They are out of equipoise and that is truly exhausting. It is possible with your mind power to be out of equilibrium. As soon as the situation is over you shall let go of that tension and come back to YOUR EQUILIBRIUM.

Small children get back to the minimum tension as soon as something is over. Had ever a baby grabbed your finger tight? Have you ever felt the power of this little person? You hardly can get your finger out of its hand. When the baby let go it let go immediately.

Babies can lay and sleep on hard ground and feel comfortable. That is because their muscles are soft as possible. The harder the floor feels for you the more tensed you are. Sudden changes between tension when you need it and letting it go as soon as the need is over is the best way to keep your energy high.

It needs some dedication to learn it. When you use it fluently it is the BEST WAY to keep you healthy.

You can learn to switch between tensions and let go easily. When you also keep an eye on the fact to be in equipoise as often as possible while doing what you do you feel endless energy. You learn to use only the appropriate amount of energy for the task at hand.

Grab each choice you have throughout your day to ENERGISE YOURSELF. It takes only minutes and gives you more energy for tasks at hand. You will accomplish more easier than before. You will enjoy being YOU!
