How to GET AHEAD of the Game!

“To move ahead you need to believe in yourself. Have conviction in your beliefs & the confidence to execute those beliefs.”- Adlin Sinclair

That is a very good motto. Think twice. You wonder why? Because you’d better prove upfront whether your convictions and beliefs serve yourself or harm you. When you can imagine things very clearly, you will get them.

It is true: to move ahead you need to believe in yourself. You also need a very good perception as well as criteria to figure out what serves you and your goals.

“Why do I need very good perception?”

YOU get all your information through your senses. When you have difficulties to perceive then you create difficulties to come up with the best possibility or action or you miss your goal.  Is that what you want?

Am I right that you want the best possible information and results?

“Certainly, I want this.”

I know it sounds like a lot of work. It is indeed. There is something you can do to reduce that workload.

“Really? What?”

Learn in a conscious way. Prove upfront if your ideas are right before they get convictions.

“And what should I do with all the convictions I have? Forget them?”

Why do you want to forget them? Find out their value for yourself. When they are still worthwhile keep them; otherwise you have two choices: change them or get rid of them. It is all up to YOU. I think YOU already know that.

“Ughhh.”

I am sure that does mean you know about your responsibilities. Yes, there is a lot of work included. There are also a lot relieves included. Imagine the feeling when you have freed yourself from your harmful convictions and habits and have learned to develop positive and helpful habits and convictions.

“Yes, that feels good. Till I reach that I have to go a long path….. And right now I have my plate brimful. When and how should I do all of it?”

Make one step after the other. First YOU have to decide: Do I want to change something sustainable in my life and career?

“Yes, sure, the thing is “how?”.”

Really? You can get rid of all your habits and convictions which regularly annoy you. This frees you energy and time you use for your anger, overcoming it and to correct what you have to.

You will have that wonderful feeling each time you let go of something which interferes with your goals or wellbeing and health.

“Hmmmm, it is worth to think about changing thinking.”

You can start with tiny little changes. Start with reducing your caffeine consume as well as that of alcohol and sugar. Replace every second cup of coffee with pure silent water. Make one step after the other.

During the meeting replace cookies with nuts, almonds or fresh fruits and vegetable.

There are lots of small changes. All together they will help you to get ahead of the game. The changes will challenge your perception and will educate your body and mind. The best is after a while it gets easier and you enjoy the new way of life.

So your set of criteria changes step by step. Your perception and criteria become more reliable. I think that is all you need. When you start with a game or sport it is hard to have the overview in any moment. A well trained person will intuitively act or move. So training sensible trains your perception as well as the way to move and think.

The Olympic games in Vancouver had showed that the athletes with  the best ability to use their intuition and mental and physical abilities in the crucial moment of the competition got the best results.

YOU will shine brighter and brighter each day! YOU will enjoy that, I am sure.

Start now as any minute you wait is just postponing your fun to be YOU!
