Internet lifestyle, pain & you. What to do to get rid of it!
Are you living the life you want with just a bitter drop in it? Pain, back pain or neck pain……
This drains your energy and it cuts the fun part of life. Your products sell great, your customers are pleased to use what you offer.
There is that bitter drop: You have pain.
Most pain roots in being out of poise. Poise is the equilibrium between mind, body, soul and spirit. Your thoughts; the way you deal with your self like eating, breathing, moving and acting have an impact to your poise and are shown in your poise. You need someone who perceive that imbalance and is able to let experience you the imbalance as one.
The second is the tricky part, as you trained your mind, body, soul and spirit to accept what you trained it as right. Why do you have back pain, headache or neck pain when what you think and do is right?
Right, because you had trained yourself in a harmful way. That happens as there are many preconceived ideas out there. Some of them are really well written and well spoken about. The result is what counts. Whenever you feel exhausted without a real reason, have pain, get nervous without a reason YOU are out of YOUR EQUILIBRIUM.
Have you ever seen sad or depressed people? What is the difference between them and people who are really happy from the inside out?
Right, the expression of their face, the poise and the way they move and speak. Depressed people have a sadness in
their voice and a low variety of their voice. Their poise is collapsed in the chest, the shoulders fall forward and towards the middle. They look really tensed or flabby.
Happy people, are easily upright, they look like happy exclamation marks as they want to jump for joy in the next moment. Their face looks soft, the eyes are sparkling, there is mostly a smile in the eyes.
Your thoughts affect the tension of your muscles as well as what signals are send from your brain to your body and vice versa.
The effects can vary from nurturing your self being in poise or out of poise in various degrees. Being out of your poise creates more challenge to keep up an upright position. You might feel you are upright after a certain time you give up because it is a hard work and causes pain. You honestly lack a clue what being upright means. Most likely you have forgotten how this feels.
YOU CAN be reminded of it. You can learn to come closer and closer to your equilibrium each day. You improve your equilibrium bit by bit. Each time you make a new experience. You experience more ease and less pain over time. The best is you train your body mind and spirit to remind you to be as close as possible to your equilibrium.
Why do you get pain when being upright when an upright posture is the best? The imbalanced use of your muscles and reflexes caused lasting changes. Muscles lengthen or shortened due to your decision to be out of poise and out of the bodily equilibrium. This imbalance causes trouble for you. For a while sometimes a very long while you can ignore the messages of your body. You miss the chance to find your equilibrium easily each time you ignore the message of your body. When your body has enough it SCREAMS in pain and YELLS at YOU: STOP it right away, LISTEN NOW! RESPECT ME, care about me.
This imbalance of your muscles could be easily prevented. You can reduce this imbalance of your muscles and get rid of it. The earlier you get rid of the imbalance the better. The best is to get rid of the imbalance as soon as the situation is over. You can learn to release in action as well as through breaks. So you facilitate to perceive whenever you leave your balance. And you learn to find your equilibrium as soon as the task is over.
Step by step and minute by minute you get closer and closer to your poise instead of going away from it.
You wonder why that improves your poise? In your nerves and muscles all your thoughts and feelings are saved. When you let go of the tension the thoughts and feelings come up and go away. So you find and go new ways in life as you open new paths in your nervous and muscle system.
Your way to walk changes, your breathing gets deeper, the face looks younger, wrinkles smooth, your posture is more upright. Your muscle tension is lower while you feel more energy and power. This is the energy and power you freed through getting rid of old programming.
Most of your pain is caused by too much tension and pressure on your joints and disks caused by imbalance.
Can you imagine how much more you can accomplish without pain? Can you imagine how much more fun you’ll have without pain?
Why can you accomplish more without pain? It is obvious that it frees the energy you need to deal with the pain. You free the energy by getting rid of thoughts and habits getting in your way. All the thoughts and energy you needed to deal with the pain you can now use better.
You build new nerve connections that enhance you to improve your skills and learning abilities. You sharpen your perception. Due to better breathing and nutrition you have more energy. You gain more power by releasing tension of your muscles as your muscles can work accordingly to their tasks in full capacity.
In the mean time till you reach that goal you will experiences lots of surprises. Some are caused by the reaction of others to you. Some are caused because you find out astonishing things about your capabilities.
You gain lots of insights and ideas when you do so. Your body will change accordingly to the lesser tension and new input.
