Train YOUR Brain!

Do you know that every single day NEW BRAIN CELLS are coming up?  They waving hello and asking for some fun. Why should you bother to play with them? When you allow them having some fun they are staying and growing. That is your choice to EASE learning, KEEPING young and BECOMING a better performer every day.

Look at the best performers they are having fun doing what they do. They love doing what they are doing. They are enjoying their lives.

That are more than enough reasons to train your brain. How can you invite NEW BRAIN CELLS to stay?

It is pretty easy: learning and performing in a holistic way. While reading these text, release your over tension, let the  breathing taking place properly. You mean you are without over tension? Are you sure? Or you are just wondering how to perceive and decide what over tension is? Why is it important to get rid of your over tension?

Over tension uses a lot ENERGY that you miss when using your brain. Your BLOOD PRESSURE is going up when you are tensed to ensure that the blood comes in any cell. A lot of energy is used working against the over tension.  The RANGE and STRENGTH of YOUR MUSCLES get lower and lower. Over tension reduces YOUR BREATHING as your chest hardly moves when you are tensed. So you get less oxygen than you need. You are REDUCING the ability to digest your food properly.

To perceive over tension is easy. Start writing on a pad with a ball pen or  a pencil. How many pages later you can make your text still visible with a pencil going over the paper? Just the next page? Or the next ten or twenty pages?

Have you ever wondered why children could run back and forth and you are exhausted before they are? There are far more signs for over tension. Do you get neck or back pain often? Do you need eyeglasses, they are often a sign for too much tension.

You can learn to PERCEIVE when your tension increases. Far better you can learn LETTING GO your over tension anytime. Only people who know might spot it. So you can release anywhere. The only people can see is your better presence and energy after releasing. They will notice the change in your voice and mimic after some time.

Also you are LETTING GO your over tension WHILE you are performing and exercising you need REGULARLY BREAKS. Breaks help you learning and strengthening your muscles. Breaks help you STRENGTHENING the INTERACTION between YOUR body and mind. All together it is helping you developing your intuition.

Regularly breaks, enjoying healthy food and moving around are inviting your brain cells to stay and grow. More important than that is that you learn releasing wherever you go. Learn realising your over tension, prejudices and old habits which stops you from going forward anywhere.

YOUR BRAIN IS NEEDING a lot of OXYGEN and enough NUTRITION for the cells. All that is transported through your blood cycle. When You want to improve your mental abilities you have to be fit and in shape. You have to eat HEALTHY FOOD and MOVING according to your body’s needs.

Performing in complex ways is a good challenge for your brain. Being aware how you sit in front of your computer, where tension arises and releasing it right away is increasing your health and performance. YOUR BLOOD is easily flowing through your body when you RELEASE YOUR OVER TENSION right away. Learning to understand what your body tells you is important when you want to aim for EXCELLENCE. Your body IS SUPPORTING you when you are treating it well.

THINK and RELEASE while you are exercising that reduces the risks to harm yourself. It is increasing the CAPACITY of YOUR BRAIN and NERVE CELLS and YOUR MUSCLES. All together it is increasing the INTERACTION WITHIN YOU.

Training your brain means BECOMING vibrant, FEELING younger, BEING healthier and INCREASING YOUR intelligence and intuition.

YOU can start NOW heading towards EXCELLENCE.
