Your No. 1 tool to your success: Listen!

I love to meet people who had achieved something truly amazing or read or listen to their impressive true stories. You know the ones with real happy endings like:

A Mother finds out why the child is always ill also lots of doctors failed to find the root for it. In the end the child recovers and the woman has a successful business.

Having panic attacks or other so called health issues and overcoming them and using the knowledge to create a better life.

Some people are really good in telling their story. Having public speaking skills is helping you for several endeavours. People who easily find the right words and tone to write or say them are soon ahead of others. There are lots out there who have difficulties with that for some reason. That could be they are anxious to be too bolted for their small accomplishments. Or they are just afraid of how to tell their story.

Or they just need some more time to feel comfortable in their new life before they start telling about the stumbling blocks they had to surround or used to build a bridge to the new life.  Some just need to learn the art of public speaking.

Anyhow, all these people have a lot to tell. You can learn a lot from them by listening attentively. You can hardly find them by searching for people with diplomas or lots of credentials. You are finding them by listening deeply or really seeing.

It is up to you to find such people. Improve your skills to listen and see. You can easily train yourself each day. Just practise. Have courage to ask the people. When your perception is right the people confirm your assumption one or the other way. When they disagree thank them and go on training your perception. When they agree say thank you as they proofed you right.

In either way you have a choice to learn something. When you recognise that you were totally wrong that is great as you know now: I have to develop my perception and judging to more reliable levels.

When you are right you know: I can trust my intuition and judging. Each time it is right you strengthen it. Using your intuition saves you a lot of time. Your intuition tells you right away what you should do or leave. Reasoning out each decision takes a lot of time you hardly can do that with anything.

When you are able to really listen and see you will perceive a whole new beautiful world. You will meet other people who appreciate the beauty in you and others.

Brighten the days of shy people listening attentively to them and over time they develop more self-esteem. Confident public speaking is the result of high self-esteem.

You will find lots of impressive people through that. Finally you will develop yourself to be YOU! And people who are on the way to be themselves accomplish impressive things. And then one day one of the impressive stories is YOURS!
