YOUR Perception conducts YOUR Success!
“The reality of life is that your perceptions — right or wrong — influence everything else you do. When you get a proper perspective of your perceptions, you may be surprised how many other things fall into place.”~ Roger Birkman
Have you ever seen or heard a quote and a thought: That’s it that sums up everything I was going to say. It is true that YOUR PERCEPTION shapes your life.
Think about it. I am sure you will find lots of instances which proof that to be true.
I talked to several busy people. All said I missed the time to do everything in a proper way. I guess you know that feeling. You want to do your work excellent, you want to have a wonderful time with your friends and family, you want to learn something new, you want to have fun doing sports or dancing, singing whatever. Your day only has 24 hours. Doing all half-heartedly you only gain average results or less. That leads to even more work and frustration.
Do you know that it is possible to achieve more and better results in a shorter time when you combine everything in a clever way? You can do healthy multitasking.
The way how you do things and the time when you do them influence your results. When you do a complex work at close to 3 am you might end up with messing it up. When doing it close to 3pm you more likely will finish it well.
I talked to a friend, she is really busy, learning a new language and how to build a blog and write articles, while keeping the other languages lively, and working fulltime. She also goes dancing several times a week to get better and win the competition.
While we talked ideas came to mind how she can combine all that to support each others topic. She can listen to music or books in foreign languages while doing boring tasks like cleaning. It sounds obvious. It can be easily done and improve the results in both areas. It helps to deal with such tasks. The mind just takes what it can while doing it. You learn like in real life.
She can use this boring task to let go tension or negative feelings. Or she can use routine tasks to train her perception. She can get in a meditative state while doing routine tasks. That are several ways that train you to get better.
More important she can use dance music from other countries so that she get used to the sound of a language while she has fun learning a new dance.
The other thing is her brain will learn easier when she combines movement with learning. It will be fun for her to learn that way. And she can do several things at the same time: learning to dance, releasing tension, open her mind for learning and getting a feeling for the language while saving her time. That is an intelligent way of multitasking.
She can read about topics she is interested in foreign languages. She can write in these languages in order to practise and get a feeling for it. And she can take the choice to speak with native speakers in their language when talking to them. When you get a bit creative you can find ways of healthy multitasking for yourself. You should let go and do single tasks regularly.
Usually multitasking lowers the outcome. There are some things which can support you. Find a clever way to combine things that support each other. Do what enlightens or cheers you up. Combine that with the tasks you have to do to reach more satisfaction in your life. There are several puzzle pieces. Combine the once that matches in colour, material, shape and size and add up to the huge beautiful picture: YOUR WONDERFUL LIFE!

Nice post and very well put.
Our minds have a lot of unused bandwidth and, by economizing on how we use our time as well as blending things approriately, we can excel and have great gains.
Marj,
thank you for your comment it sums it all up. Seems you are economising your time well and using each time more bandwidth of your brain. Please feel free to share your experiences.
